COMMON QUESTIONS
• FREIGHT
Shipping is carried out by partner carriers of Máquinas Versáteis, where the cargo travels with tracking and insurance to the address indicated by the customer. We deliver throughout Brazil and export all over the world. Consult one of our salespeople.
• LOCATION
Our company is located in the State of Pará, in the municipality of Salvaterra on Marajó Island, a strategic location for transporting machines throughout Brazil and the world.
• PAYMENT
We have some payment methods for you to start your investment in your Vectron®:

• TRAINING
The Sawmill leaves the factory pre-assembled with a numbering system on each part of the structure, which facilitates the assembly of the equipment. The training is carried out entirely online, through step-by-step videos that explain the process in detail. There is also the possibility of doing face-to-face training in Salvaterra or training at the destination, with travel, accommodation and food expenses to be agreed.
